Not everyone loves lamb chops, but if you do, this version makes them so juicy and savory with easy to find ingredients. Make a gourmet meal in 15 minutes or less in the air fryer.

Instructions
Season lamb chops with a liberal amount of salt and pepper.
Mix together marinade ingredients and brush onto both sides of the lamb chop.
Cook in airfryer for 5 minutes at 375 degrees F per side or 4 minutes at 400 degrees F per side for extra browning.
The internal temp should be 135 degrees F for medium or 145 degrees F for medium well. when you touch the meat it should spring back.
Decrease the time by 1-2 minutes per side for medium rare and increase the cooking time by 1-2 minutes for medium well. Depending on how thick your lamb chop is, the cooking time will vary.
Notes
The earlier you can salt your meat the better, up to a day before.
Use dried herbs if you don't have fresh ones on hand. Except cilantro might now work so well in this dish.
Could you try this with regular mustard or grain mustard? I supposed but dijon mustard is very pungent and stands up that lamb gameiness.
To avoid accentuating that gamey flavor, you're best bet it is to cook it at 375 degrees F. Use 400 degrees F for extra browning.
Pair with an earthy French Malbec wine or musty red wine. The lamb will bring out all the juicy fruit notes in the wine.
